Baked Spaghetti

1 lb. hamburger meat
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. italian seasoning
1 can tomato soup
1 package spaghetti noodles
1 package shredded mozzarella cheese
Brown meat.  Add sauce, seasoning and soup.
Cook noodles according to package.
In 9x13 pan, pour some sauce on bottom of pan.  Next, add half of the noodles.  Pour half of the sauce over noodles then sprinkle with half of the cheese.  Repeat - noodles, sauce and cheese.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.  So easy and so good!!  We love it for leftovers too.  P.S.  I got this recipe from my sister, Rach, who is a Betty!

8 is great!

That's right, my Mr. Son is 8 months old!  Why do these babies have to grow so fast?  This is such a fun age.  Griffin's days consist of eating, crawling, exploring, napping, riding in the stroller, playing ball with mama, pulling himself up to the couch, and his never-ending desire to get the t.v. remote!  We just love this little guy!!

Happy Haunting!

What it could look like with lots of time and patience.
Assembling the gingerbread.  We had to hot glue the houses together
since the icing wasn't cuttin' it!  No, we did not eat these:)
Emery is very creative and had so much fun decorating!
This balloon kept Griffin busy for a while.  He loves balloons lately.

Such a fun stage!

Griffin's favorite things:  Walker, Wyatt and his cell phone!
                                                Swingin' at Aunt Rachel's
Still doing the army crawl, but attempts the real thing!
                                             Walkie and Griffin
I love his big, blue eyes!

Trip to the Midwest

                                            Jade, Ry, G, and Dusty
Jade, the hostess with the mostess!
                                            On the plane
Eating at Potbelly's (fave sandwich place)
                                         Dinner with our Wiscy friends
                                            Griffin and Ella
The BEST Chicago pizza ever!  (Giordano's)
                                            The boys chillin'.

We took a fun trip to our old stompin' grounds - the Midwest!  First, we flew into Chicago and drove to Michigan to visit Dusty and Jade.  We had so much fun hanging out with them!  Jade is due to have their first baby in a few weeks and looks so cute.  Thanks for showing us around Lansing!  Then, we drove back through Chicago and up to Wisconsin.  We had a great time visiting our friends and my former co-workers.  It was the first time for everyone to meet Griffin.  We were able to eat at all of our favorite restaurants and drove past our old apartment.  Griffy did so well traveling!  Everyone on the plane loved him.  It was a fun trip!

In My Top 5

                                            The finished product!

My cute sisters Nat and Rach!

Last week, my sistas and I got together to bake cinnamon rolls. It was our first attempt and they were actually quite tasty! We had fun making them and even more fun eating them! I would have to say cinnamon rolls are in my top 5 when it comes to treats. Thanks, Rach, for letting us mess up your kitchen to make them. So fun!

Out of Service

I am sad to report that our "lappies" (laptop) is broken and currently getting fixed. It should be done in a week or so. Lappies is like a child to Ryan so he is a little lost without it. Therefore, I will post pictures of our trip to Wisconsin and other activities when lappies returns. Meanwhile, we have my bro-in-law's computer to use. Thanks Tyler!! Good luck lappies - we miss you!
