10 months and holiday treats

My baby is 10 months! He is SO busy and always moving from one thing to the next. He loves to throw the ball, take baths, play in the cupboards and fridge, and recently started saying "mama and dada."

On Monday, my mom, sisters and I got together to do some holiday baking. We made puppy chow, peppermint bark, white chocolate popcorn and peanut butter krispies with chocolate. We had fun and got our fill of sugar for the week! Thanks to Rach for letting us use her kitchen and to "T" for getting us lunch. Good times with the girlies!!

I was tagged to write random facts about myself. Instead, I decided to post some of my favorite things. Here they are in no particular order:

Love, love, love this toothbrush! It changed my life. My teeth feel SO much cleaner when I use this.
I bought these knives about a year ago and absolutely love them. They cut everything!

This is the cereal I eat everyday for breakfast. Tasty, healthy and filling! My fave!

This is my new favorite lip balm. It isn't too thick and it doesn't taste weird. It's perfect!

Asics is my favorite brand for running shoes.

What would I do without my Chi flat iron?!! It has been with me for over 4 years and still works it's magic. I love my Chi!
Prescriptives bronzer is a must for me. I feel pale without it!

This is my favorite ice cream! I have to have Breyers vanilla, nothing else.

L-O-V-E this stroller! Even if I wasn't a jogger, I would buy it. It has a smooth ride and is so easy to maneuver. I use it everywhere!

I use a couple of Mary Kay products. I love this moisturizer. It totally moisturizes without feeling thick or greasy. Love it!

Happy Birthday, Mom!!

Celebrate! It's Lana's birthday!!
Fun facts about my mom:

Lana is the youngest of seven children. She shares her birthday with her mom, Viva. Nice glasses mom!
My mom was engaged 6 times before she found her true love Terry!! Yes, I said SIX!
Lana grew up in Snowflake, AZ. She was a Snowflake High cheerleader and a rodeo queen.
My mom has so many good friends who love her! She is always talking to friends on the phone or going out to lunch with them.
Lana is a primper! She has been known to use lots of hairspray to get her hair just right! She always looks so cute!
My mom LOVES her family! She is such a good mom, wife and grandma. She is always checking up on her kids and grandkids to make sure everyone is ok.
Lana is a Wal-mart employee! Just kidding. She got this vest as a birthday present 2 years ago. She looks good in it though! She actually hates shopping at Wal-mart - "too crowded."
My mom is famous for her "Indian song." She sings a song about an Indian in an Indian type of voice. It's hilarious and often requested at family gatherings!
My mom is the BEST grandma! She loves to play with her grandkids and give them candy. The grandkids love to spend the night with Grandma. She plays games with them, takes them to the dollar store, and fills them up with bubble gum and chocolate milk!!

I love you, MOM! Thanks for being the best mom a girl could ask for. You have such a kind and tender heart. You are a good listener, great shopping partner, good cook, have a fun sense of humor and set a great example for your family. You always dress so cute, even if you are a Senior Citizen!! I love you, mom, and hope you have a fabulous birthday!
