Christmas came and Christmas went. It always goes by too fast for my liking. I wish Christmas lasted all year long. We had a fun one this year full of family and festivities! It was especially fun because Griffin got so excited about everything. He loved all the lights, presents, movies and decorations!

Since I didn't get around to mailing out Christmas cards this year, here it is! Enjoy.
Griffy got a slide from Santa. He loves to slide his cars and choo-choos down it.
More choo-choos
Grandpa bought an electric train for Christmas. Griffin can't get enough of it!
Walkie got a little hungry.
Our present from Ryan and Jen. Yes, Jen made this. MADE this! She's amazing and is the talented one in the family.
The gals minus Nat who was in Utah. Missed you Natty girl! Love the new coat, mom.
Ryan's annual dive. Perfect form I'll say! We'll blame the small pile of wrappings on the economy.
Ry gearing up for the annual Nerf gun war. It takes 30 minutes to get all of the guns loaded and ready and the war lasts for about a minute. The boys eat it up while the girls just try to stay alive.
The annual after-present-opening dance party. We put Club Rio to shame!
Our future b-ball player.
Griffin was exhausted at the end of the day and decided to treat himself to a foot massage. That's what I'm talkin' about!

Holiday Happenings

Here are some pictures from our recent Christmas activities:

Christmas Eve came early this year at the Tucker household. Since Nat and Dave are going to be in Utah for Christmas, we decide to celebrate Christmas Eve before they left. It was the best idea yet!
The kids waiting patiently (use the term loosely) to open their pajamas.
The grandkids re-enacting the Nativity.
Emery the angel
Nat the pianist
Tuck-daddy as Joseph
Griffy as a shepard
Brodee was a wiseman
Hallie-girl was Mary
Porter as a shepard

We put up our Christmas tree and visited Santa.
Griffy exhausted after all of the Christmas fun!
My friend Melanie and I took the boys to see Santa at the Bass Pro Shop. They were loving the quads and toy cars parked throughout the store.
Clark and Griffin
The tree that once had ribbon and lights but thanks to Griff just has lights.
Crazy kid. He loves to find random things around the house to wear.

Merry Christmas

Happy Anniversary to us! Today marks the 5th year of our marriage. Five years ago today we started our life together. It's been a great five years full of fun, lots of love, laughter, ups and downs, schooling, parenting, and some more fun and some more schooling. We've learned together and grown together. I can't imagine it any other way!!

I love my honey and feel so blessed to have him as my honey!! Here's to another great five years!

A few weeks ago, we got together with some friends in our neighborhood for some fun at the park. These boys are all around the same age so it's fun to watch them play together. Still working on the "sharing" concept! Of course, they found the water and were all wet by the end.

I thought they were so cute in their navy blue shirts. Thanks, Mel, for the pictures!

Today, we ventured over to the ritzier part of the valley to a train park. And let me just say, it was fun!! We road the "choo-choo" and the carousel twice (thanks grandpa), played on the playground, and had a nutritional lunch from T-bell (thanks again grandpa). The kids LOVED it! Griffin was in heaven being able to ride the horsey and choo-choo on the same day twice!!

Griffy threw a nice 10 minute fit after I scraped him off the carousel. Love him.

Getting all clean after a fun and dirty day! Don't you love his cheesey smile face? I do. I want to eat it.

Love these!

These Cascade/Dawn tablets are my new favorites! They clean the dishes much better than regular dish detergent. Thanks to my mother-in-law for introducing them to me!

Hot Mama

Today is my hot mama's birthday!!

Here are some things I love about my mom:

1.  She loves her family SO much.
2.  When I was in elementary school, she drove me everyday and made me the best lunches.
3.  She has a song for every word.  Example:  I say, "I haven't watched The Hills in a while."  Lana sings, "The hills are alive with the sound of music."
4.  She has lots of good friends that love her and she loves them too.
5.  She always writes thank-you notes.
6.  She loves to talk on the phone to her friends and fam.  She also likes to snack while she talks.  She's usually eating a carrot when I talk to her on the phone.
7.  She is the best grandma to her grandkids.  They LOVE going to grandma's house.
8.  She is fun to go shopping with.
9.  She always makes me feel better if I'm down or sad.
10.  She looks fabulous and is always stylin'.

Love you, Mom!!  Have a super birthday!!  Thanks for all you do for our family.

Thanksgiving Weekend

We had a fun Thanksgiving weekend with our families. Ry had school off so it was nice to have him around for 4 full days!!

T and I after the annual Turkey Trot. It starting raining right after we finished. Nat was there too but we didn't get a pic together.
I let Griffin lick the beater with whip cream on it. As you can see, he loved it and licked it clean.
My aunt's cousin collects trains and has tracks set up in his backyard for the trains to run on. It was out of control amazing!! TONS of trains and tracks. Griff was in train heaven!
Griffy playing in his cousin's room on Thanksgiving.

The boys looking in awe at the trains.
