Oregano's and Mama Mia with the girls

Abby and Becky
Cassie and Melissa

Last night, my girlfriends got together for some "girl time." Cassie is visiting from Texas, so we decided to go to dinner and a movie. It was so fun to see the gals and chat over good food. We saw Mama Mia and loved it! Thanks for the fun night ladies!!
*When I got home, I found a scorpion on our kitchen floor and almost passed out. I HATE scorpions! I hope it's the last one I see.

Big boy

Griffin had to sit in the big chair to eat his cheese.
He loves string cheese.
Ashlyn and Griffy playing at Uncle Larry's in Snowflake. Griffin loves to hang from things. We have pull up bar that he loves to hang from.

Hallie-girl and Griff.
Can you tell who is obsessed with shoes??
Bubble time.
My mom found these mini-popsicles that are great for little kids. As you can see, Griffin is a fan!

Me and the handsome birthday boy.Griffin loves it when G-pa T gives him sips of his diet Pepsi.
Ryan's birthday was on Friday, so we decided to celebrate all weekend long. Friday night, Ry and I went out to eat at Outback. We LOVE that place and certainly stuffed ourselves with their yummy food. The cinnamon oblivion is outta this world! Thanks, mom and dad, for watching Griffy so we could go out. Saturday, we went out with Jami and Spencer and some of their friends to Oregano's and Jesterz comedy show. I forgot how good Oregano's is!! We shared the Pablo Picasso salad that was off the charts good, thin crust pizza and the must have pazookie. I want to go back ASAP! The comedy show was funny, clean and something different to do. Thanks, Jami, for organizing the fun date night and Dave and Jo Lene for watching the kids. It was a great birthday weekend!

Happy Birthday to my honey!

How cute is this picture? Ryan is and always has been a big sports fan. He loves to watch sports, play sports, go to sporting events and read about them.
Ry is such a good daddy to Griffin. It is so fun to watch them play together. Griffy loves his da da!
Ryan LOVES electronics. He is very technical savvy and is always up on the latest gadgets. His favorite stores are Fry's Electronics and the Apple Store. If you ever need tech support, Ry is the guy to call! I always tease him about the endless amounts of cords he has for every gadget. He is also in to flashlights these days. But that's a whole other post!
Ryan is seriously one of the smartest guys I know. He is book smart and street smart. Whenever I have a question, he always has an answer. That's why he's in med school and not me!
Reggie Miller was the love of Ryan's life growing up. Ry was born in Indiana and has been a Pacer fan ever since. When he was little, he would listen to the Pacer games in his bedroom over the radio. Ry was very sad when Reggie retired. We went to his last game and Ry even shed a tear. Now that's what I call a true fan!
This is a picture of Ryan in Europe. He went with some friends during the summer before we got married. He LOVED it there and wants to go back some day. He also served his mission there. Ry loves to travel and take road trips. He could drive for days on end.
Ryan is a fabulous husband! He takes care of me. We have so much fun together.

Today is Ryan's 28th birthday!! I want him to know how much I love him and feel so lucky to have him as my honey. He is the best husband and father and I am so happy to call him mine! I hope you have a great birthday, Ry! I love you.

Back To School

Yesterday, Ryan went back to medical school. It's been a year and a half since we left the Medical College of Wisconsin. We have missed the great friends we made there, but are so glad that Ryan was able to transfer schools and so grateful to be able to stay by our families and friends here. I am so proud of Ryan for being so brave to take time off from med school because he felt it was the right thing to do. It was a very hard decision but I know it was the right one. We have grown a lot over the past year and a half. Now, he is ready to go back and will appreciate it that much more. We love you, Ry, and thank you for all that you do for our family!!

4th of July Cabin Trip

The 3 of us on the front porch of the cabin.
Ry hanging in the kitchen.
BC having a low carb sandwich.
Ry taking a snooze on the floor.
There is a pool at the clubhouse. They had a BBQ and music playing for the 4th. It was fun to go swimming in the mountains. Griffy found this ball and loved throwing it.
Despite the look on their faces, they were having a good time! Such studs.
Griffy loves Emmy!
T with doing his favorite thing - sweeping!!
The Griffer.
These boys looked like triplets (kind of) with their matching suits and blonde hair.

We had a fabulous 4th of July up in the mountains last weekend! The weather was perfect - warm in the day and cool at night. We camped out in my parent's new cabin since there is no furniture in it yet. That's my kind of camping! The kids had so much fun running around and playing in the forest. We can't wait to go back!
