Oh Griffin, how I love your craziness! This little man keeps us on our toes. He always runs. Always. He loves the water. He loves chips. He loves to play in the car. He loves to burrow in our bed sheets. He always wants me to chase him around the house. He loves to stay up late and sleep in. He loves to go get "my cream." He is my little lover!

No, we're not running a sweat shop over here.

Ry took Griffin to Fathers and Sons. They had so much fun and Griffy loved sleeping in the car!
Why not just jump right in?

Latest Obsession

I know, I'm a little crazy when it comes frozen yogurt. Lately, I've been obsessed with Ocean Blue Frozen Yogurt. They have a variety of flavors and lots of toppings, including fresh fruit. It's self-serve which makes it fun. I get the same thing every time - tart and acai swirl with fresh strawberries. It's amazing! And to be honest, I don't even think about Mesa Fro Yo anymore. It's all about Ocean Blue!

Happy Easters

We had a fun Easter Sunday filled with sugar, sugar and more sugar. Griffin actually kind of grasped what was going on, which made it all the more fun for us. It was so cute to see his reaction when he saw his Easter bucket filled with goodies. We had a wonderful Easter program at church with beautiful music. The day was ended with a delicious dinner at Jami and Spencer's and an egg hunt for the kids. By the time we got home, Ryan and I vowed to never eat sugar again. That lasted about 12 hours!

He was pretty excited about the "cycles."

Happy Easters!!

Spring Break and Our Stay-cay

Last week, Ry had his spring break. It was so fun to have him home all day long. His last rotation was very busy and time-consuming so it was nice to have a week long break. We started the week with some much needed spring cleaning. We're talkin' washing down the baseboards, moving couches, cleaning under the fridge, the real deal. Tuesday, we had our "stay-cay." Ryan hated that I called it that which made it all the more enjoyable to say it! We dropped Griffin off at Rach's house and headed out for some fun. We went shopping, out to eat and to a movie (Duplicity - good not great). Then, we came back to our house and stayed up late hanging out and watching some tube. We slept in and picked Griffy up later that morning. It was the first time for us to leave Griffin over-night. I missed him but it was nice to have some alone time. Thanks again, Rach and Brett, for watching him. I know he had so much fun with the cousins! Ryan worked on some projects the rest of the week (pics to come) and we loved every second of staying up late and sleeping in like it was summertime. The week ended with General Conference and Sunday dinner at my parent's. What a fun week!

Enjoying our "stay-cay." I know, sorry for the close-up. Our noses look really big.
Spring cleaning at it's best.

Griffin + Water = Entertainment

He loves to pull the chair up to the sink and play with the water.
The other day my parent's drained their pool water. It was Griffin's best day! The gutter was full of pool water and Griffy just couldn't resist. This pic was taken before he drenched his clothes.
Somehow he convinced me to let him take a bath in my parent's laundry sink.
Hopefully he'll like swimming this summer as much as he likes taking a bath.
